Meanwhile, he is recovering well from surgery to his left knee on May 23 and is expected to resume normal training within a fortnight, according to Selecao medical adviser Jose Luiz Runco.
Kaka was not called up for the two World Cup qualifiers against Paraguay and Argentina.
“I did it for the good of the Selecao,” explained Brazil boss Carlos Dunga, who has clashed with Milan many times over Kaka’s international duty.
“Imagine our responsibility in case he suffered another injury.
“His club explained he had to go 20 days without training, so this means he would not have been in shape to play against Paraguay and would’ve had little time to prepare for Argentina.”
